From Pawfect Match Rescue

Meet Darla! At about 2 years old and 50 pounds, Darla is equal parts playful, goofy, and incredibly affectionate. She’s a soft-hearted girl with soulful eyes, expressive ears, and a whole lot of personality. Darla is a true velcro dog who loves being close to her people. If you’re sitting on the couch, she wants to be beside you. If you’re moving around the house, there’s a good chance she’ll be following along. She absolutely loves cuddling and being part of whatever her people are doing. She also has plenty of young-dog energy and enjoys getting outside, playing, and chewing on her toys. A fenced yard is not required, but it would definitely be a bonus and give her a great place to safely burn off some of that energy. Darla is house-trained, crate-trained, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. She is smart, eager to please, and has come a long way as she continues learning how to navigate the world around her. Darla does have some anxiety, particularly in new or busy environments, but she is doing very well on daily medication. She will benefit from a family who understands that she may need a little patience and reassurance while she gets comfortable…
