Meet Sweet Little Daisey! Daisey is proof that sometimes the dogs who need a little extra patience are the ones who give you the biggest piece of their heart. Daisey is a sensitive girl who can be uncertain when faced with new people, new situations, or things she doesn’t understand. She is VERY vocal about her feelings and may howl when she is scared or overwhelmed. The good news? She gives plenty of cues when she’s uncomfortable, so she’s actually very good at communicating with people. She simply needs someone who will listen to those cues, give her time, and help her build confidence at her own pace. And she is already making HUGE progress! Daisey currently attends doggy daycare twice a week, and it has made a remarkable difference in how she handles new situations. She will need a family committed to continuing her socialization with both people and other dogs as it is an important part of helping her continue to blossom. But once Daisey decides you are HER person? Get ready to be loved like you’ve never been loved before.
