Hi! I'm Cosmo, a young pup full of energy and love. Every day, I wake up ready to play and make new friends. I adore being around people and I'm great at making them smile with my cheerful energy. I dream of a forever home where I can share all my love and zest for life. Adopting me means endless fun and a loyal companion by your side. Let's make wonderful memories together!

How adopting Cosmo works

The SPCA for Monterey County decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
