06/21/26 07:37Cootie has been without a home for 7 months. While we do love her, the shelter is no place for a wonderful dog like her.Cootie LOVES other dogs and is so social and friendly with other dogs that she frequently helps staff with introductions with newly arriving dogs, to see if they are dog-friendly! She loves people she's familiar with and loves to rub up on people likes she's a cat, and while she is a bit more hesitant with new people, she warms up SUPER quickly with just a little bit of patience!! She's the prefect size and temperament and loves to play and run, but also loves to just hang out with her people. Come meet the staff's favorite: COOTIE!!!Cootie has lived with other dogs, men, woman and senior citizens. Her favorite activities are: Fetch, tug of war, going for walks and playing with other dogs.05/12/26 14:44 from foster:Cootie is an energetic, sweet, and silly girl. She loves running in open fields, rolling in the grass, and playing tug-o-war. She does have one bite on record as a result from play. While I tried to grab a stick to play fetch, Cootie got too eager and accidentally bit my hand in an attempt to grab the stick. The bite did break skin…
