9/20 Still available! 9/6/26 Freckles and Confetti are a special pair of sisters. We would like them to find a home together, however, they can be separated as long as they have another confident dog in the home. They are currently at Paws in Prison. This is a wonderful program where dogs are paired with inmate trainers. They are the prison for 8 weeks. The inmate trainers work with the dogs everyday on basic training (house training, crate training, leash walking, etc) as well as basic commands. Sometimes even a few tricks! We hope to have homes lined up for these girls once they graduate in mid October. They are such sweet babies. I do not know their breed, but my guess would be bird dog mix or maybe Catahoula mix. I rescued them out of the woods when I was driving by and saw them run into a drainage culvert. I stopped and they ran into the woods. They want so badly to be loved, but until they were rescued, the only love they had known was from each other. They wag their tails and belly crawl to me, but they are still a bit timid.
