Hi, I’m Cobi. I’m a 6-month-old boy who’s been listed as a cattle dog mix, but my big upright ears have people guessing there might be some shepherd in there too. I’m already about 40 pounds with long legs and oversized puppy feet, so I’ll probably grow into a handsome 50–60 pound guy. The first four months of my life were spent in a shelter. While other puppies were learning that people are safe and homes are cozy, I was growing up behind kennel doors. Because of that, I can be a little shy when I meet someone new. But here’s the best part: I want to trust. Give me a little patience, a kind voice, and a few minutes, and you’ll watch my personality shine. Seeing me realize I’m safe is something pretty special. If there’s one thing that has always made sense to me, it’s other dogs. I absolutely LOVE them and would be over the moon to have a playful dog sibling in my forever home. Having a confident dog buddy helps me feel at home and gives me someone to chase, wrestle, and learn from. I also live with cats and mostly just leave them alone, so I’m happy to share my home with feline friends too. I’ve been working hard on all the important stuff, too. I’m crate trained, sleep quietly…
