Clea: Looking for a Patient Heart and a Forever Home If resilience had a face, it would look a lot like Clea. This beautiful young girl has already endured more than any dog ever should. She was found after being dumped, severely underweight, dehydrated, and covered in fleas. Despite her difficult start, Clea never gave up, and neither did the people who rescued her. The moment she was brought to safety, we placed her into a loving foster home where she could begin to heal, learn to trust, and finally experience what it means to be cared for. Clea is still discovering that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. She can be shy when meeting new people and facing new situations, but once she warms up and learns to trust you, you'll see the sweet, loving girl hiding behind those cautious eyes. The bond you'll build with Clea won't happen overnight, but it will be incredibly special and worth every moment of patience. We believe Clea would thrive in a quieter, calmer home. A confident, gentle dog sibling would be a huge bonus, as another dog can help show her the ropes and teach her that life isn't so scary after all.
