From Dog Gone Seattle Rescue

Animal Information: Charlie Girl is an estimated 12-18-month old 40 lb now spayed female mixed breed (possibly Whippet/Shep mix) with epic ears and a fantastic temperament. She was found as a stray (with Handsome Jack) on a large ranch property and processed thru COH Animal Control. She was given just 72 hrs because the shelter was beyond capacity so PAWHI stepped in and found her (and Jack) foster placement. In foster care Charlie has learned house-training, crate-training, and leash-training, is comfortable with handling, takes treats gently and shows no behavior issues like resource guarding. She is social and friendly with dogs and people including young children. She has not been evaluated with cats. This sweet and easy going girl is joining Dog Gone Seattle and we look forward to getting to know her in foster care. Foster Profile: Meet Charlie! Charlie is a 1½-year-old Whippet/Shepherd mix with the sweetest personality. She is affectionate, friendly, and eager to please. She settled into foster care immediately, warming up to everyone she's met with a gentle, submissive nature. She loves playing with other dogs (of all sizes) but would also do well as the only dog in a home…
