SHE'S NAMED CHANEL. THE COAT IS HANDMADE. THE MANNERS ARE COUTURE.Some dogs have a coat. Chanel has a COLLECTION — charcoal woven through taupe like the House of Chanel sketched it by hand. The name fits the whole package: couture manners, a private toy-audition process, and a hero's welcome she performs daily. Four years old, about 70 pounds of pure elegance, and freshly graduated from a full year of finishing school (a.k.a. foster care, where — in her family's words — she `learned how to be a dog`).THE COAT (WE HAVE TO TALK ABOUT IT)Charcoal and taupe, swirled together like couture nobody else can buy. Coco herself couldn't have designed it better. Pair it with bouncy ears that turn her trot into a runway walk and a pair of soulful, searching eyes, and you've got a girl who turns heads on every walk.THE TOY SELECTION PROCESSThis is real. Chanel will bring you a squeaky toy and give it ONE diagnostic squeak. Not the one you wanted? She returns it, retrieves another, squeaks again. The audition continues — squeak, assess, repeat — until she presents the winner. She didn't always know toys were fun. Now she curates them.THE HOMECOMINGGarage door goes up and Chanel goes…
