CHANCE – Ready for an active, loving home! Basic Info: • Name: Chance • Rescue ID: D250072 • Adoption Fee: $0 - this has been sponsored. • Breed: Anatolian Shepherd Dog & Catahoula Leopard Dog mix (possible) • Age: 3 • Weight: 65 pounds • Gender: Neutered male • Housetrained: Most likely • Good with other animals: Chance enjoys playing with other dogs of a similar size. Cats unknown. Personality: Chance is a loving, highly intelligent dog eager to learn and please; he thrives when mentally challenged (having a job, when engaged in play, etc). He already knows commands like “sit,” “give paw,” and “down,” and is excited to learn more! Chance should take very well to any additional training. He responds nicely to positive reinforcement, belly rubs, and treats. Chance loves people and is looking for direction, purpose, and a family to call his own. Ideal Home: Chance enjoys 1:1 engagement so a single person or couple would be ideal. He would do well having a fenced yard to run off some energy but consistent leash walking would be acceptable. Chance will do best with an experienced owner familiar with smart, working breeds. He enjoys hiking, playing fetch, and having a “job” that…
