That’s Chance’s reality. Found at just 6 weeks old, the sole survivor of a parvo-stricken litter dumped behind a daycare, Chance beat the odds—but lost his chance at a normal puppyhood. His early weeks were spent in hospitals and quarantine, missing critical socialization. While he learned to trust his rescuers, he stayed fearful of strangers, and time passed him by. But something amazing happened. Chance blossomed. With the help of his best friend, Chula, he learned how to walk on leash, explore, play, and even let new people near. He adores running beside a golf cart, exploring the yard, and spending sunny days playing with toys and Chula in the rescue’s exercise area.
