UPDATE!✨ Meet Cass! This girl and her siblings were taken in by a Good Samaritan who is fostering while we vet and find homes. They are 10 months and doing great. They likely are some sort of lab/retriever/pointer mix and will be medium - large size adults. They are very well socialized. They are playful and sweet. They are great with all kids and other animals. They are utd, altered and ready for forever homes. Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals. All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. All dogs over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule on all healthy and adoptable dogs…

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Cass works

Wags and Whiskers Animal Rescue League decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
