From Crossing Paths Animal Rescue

Carter is a fine German Shepherd mix of 6 months. He weighs 30 pounds now and will mature to between 50 and 60 pounds. Carter is a well-behaved fella who is good with other dogs, enjoying a good game of ball. He does enjoy playtime but also likes some alone time sometimes. He’s a thoughtful boy who likes to ponder life as a rescue and what life will be like when he’s adopted into a loving family like yours! (posted 9/22/26, ME) " "Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $170.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** " " " "09/22/2026 " " " "| "

How adopting Carter works

Crossing Paths Animal Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
