Hardcore For Pits Meet Capone! Capone is an affectionate dog with a gentle personality. He forms strong bonds with his people and loves spending time with them. He’s happiest relaxing with his family, getting affection, or chasing the ball. He enjoys structured playing and appreciates having that as an outlet for both his mind and body. Capone is socialized with other dogs and has done well around cats, showing no signs of reactivity toward them. Around new people, he can be a little reserved at first and prefers to investigate them on his own terms before getting attention. Capone is sensitive around food, so it’s recommended that he be fed separately from animals and given space while eating and allow him to earn your trust while being out around you eating. Capone responds well to commands including sit, down, heel, place, stay, and leave it. He understands structure and routine and thrives when expectations are clear and consistent. For grooming and handling, Capone does well during baths and is generally easy to work with. He is somewhat sensitive about having his paws handled. Capone would do best in a calm home with owners who understand that not every dog enjoys immediate…
