Meet Buster! Buster is a cautious pup who needs time and patience to feel comfortable around new people. He may initially keep his distance and growl when approached, but a calm voice and gentle approach can help him begin to feel more at ease. Given time, Buster has shown that he can warm up enough to accept some gentle pets. He will benefit from someone who respects his boundaries, allows him to build trust at his own pace, and understands that feeling safe is an important first step toward building a relationship. Due to capacity at the shelter, this pet is currently at risk for euthanasia. We are urgently seeking placement through adoption, foster, or approved rescue. If you are interested in adopting, fostering, or rescuing this dog, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. When emailing, be sure to include a callback phone number so our team can contact you promptly.
