Meet Betty! Great Dane Sweetheart Looking for Her Forever Home Betty, lovingly known as Ruby in her foster home, is ready to find her forever family! Betty has been with us since July. We knew she would be a long-term foster because she arrived heartworm positive, so we took our time getting to know her and helping her settle in. Thankfully, Betty has never met a stranger — she fit right in from day one! The very first thing you should know about Betty is that she is one of the sweetest dogs. She is a laid-back girl who loves the simple things in life: a cozy dog bed, sunshine, the outdoors, squeaky toys, a good walk, and most of all, her people. Betty is a true couch potato with a love for leisurely walks right beside her humans. She is also a first-class clinger. If you’ve ever wanted a giant, loving shadow following you around the house, Betty is your girl! She is a lover, not a fighter, and she absolutely thrives on being close to the people she loves. And yes — she is a BIG girl! Betty will happily assume a prominent place in your family and soak up every bit of love and attention you’re willing to give her. If you’re willing to share your couch or bed, she will be…
