Knows sit, responsive on the leash, enjoys a great roll in the grass. A chill friendly guy who would love a home where he's treated like one of the family. He does not do well with cats, so he'll need a home without fabulous felines. He has been at OCAS for a very long time. He is beloved and he's an amazing dog that deserves a second chance!Insights from Benny's friends and fosters:`We’ve been fostering Benny for the past two months, and it’s been wonderful to see how much progress he’s made. Before coming to us, Benny spent a couple of months in the shelter, so he arrived with some resource guarding behaviors. With structure and consistency, he’s been doing really well and continues to improve. We have another dog in the home, and the two of them have learned to coexist nicely. We feed them separately, but they’re able to enjoy treats together without any issues.
