I'm a 7-month-old Shepherd mix weighing about 49 pounds. I have a handsome black-and-tan coat, a smart little mind, and a whole lot of life ahead of me. My story started out pretty difficult. I came from a hoarding situation, and because of the environment I grew up in, I didn't get to experience many of the things that most dogs take for granted. I had spent my life mostly indoors and had very little experience with the outside world.I'm a really smart boy, and I have so much potential. I just need someone who is willing to take the time to teach me and help me understand that the world isn't something I need to be afraid of.One of my absolute favorite things is going for walks! I love having the opportunity to get outside, explore, sniff around, and experience new things. Walks are not only fun for me—they help me build confidence and learn about the world around me.
