From Mutts in Need

Meet Axel. Axel is a 5-year-old sweetheart who has been patiently waiting YEARS for his forever home. He weighs 52 pounds and is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Axel is extremely sweet, walks great on a leash, and gets along well with other dogs. He also loves car rides and has the most beautiful blue eyes. We would love to help find Axel a foster or forever home so he can finally get the love and stability he deserves. To meet Axel, please submit an application at: https://muttsinneed.org/apply/adopt

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Axel works

Mutts in Need decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
