From Starpaws Rescue

Meet Asher! Asher is a happy, playful Maltese mix looking for his forever home! He was highly neglected and came to matted and in bad shape, but in spite of this he's a friendly and loving boy. He can be a little anxious, but that's to be expected given his difficult past. He would do great in a home with kids, and loves to do excited twirls when it's food time! *This is a courtesy post. If you're interested in adopting Asher, please fill out an adoption application with Big Love Animal Rescue https://bigloveanimalrescue.org/

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
