Meet Arrow, a charming and affectionate male dog who is ready to find his forever home! Although his exact age and breed are not specified, Arrow’s friendly personality shines through every interaction. Arrow is a very funny and loving companion who enjoys giving hugs and kisses. He is deaf, which means he communicates in his own special way and may need a patient adopter willing to learn and use hand signals or other visual cues.
