This past winter, a man quietly moved out of his apartment and left three cats behind. His roommate didn't know what to do with them, and when the lease ended, put them outside during a historic freeze. A volunteer with SAFCC found them huddled tightly together, desperately trying to keep each other warm. One cat was adopted quickly. The other two, Ghosty and Ziggy, have been waiting for a home ever since.Ziggy is an anxious cat, and it's easy to understand why. Maybe it's what happened to him. Maybe it's simply who he is.
