From Marshmallow Foundation

Yo-yo is a sweet, lovey baby who just wants to give and receive affection. He’d do best in a quieter home and would love sharing it with another kitty companion. A little shy at first in new spaces and with new people, he warms up beautifully with a feline friend by his side. Ready for a loving forever home! Visitors to the shelter are by appointment only and after a form has been submitted online: https://www.marshmallowfoundation.org/forms/

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Yo-yo works

Marshmallow Foundation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
