From Prince Georges County Animal Management Division
Ummm, hello do you see me here?! I am not so patiently waiting for pets. Oh you are just going to walk by me well I think I will just throw my arm out to get you to pet me! If you have not figured out by now I am a super sweet girl who cannot get enough attention! If you are interested in adopting me please call 301-780-7201 and give my animal ID number A519788 to apply
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting WINTER works
Prince Georges County Animal Management Division decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
