From Animal Aid for Vermilion Area
This is Vanessa - otherwise known as "Miss-understood." She was called a feral male and pulled from the shelter, only to discover she was a terrified, already spayed female! She is shy at first, but then warms up to be near you, making biscuits, chirping, purring, or perched in a window. She is not a lap cat, yet. About 3 years old, orange with white tabby, good with other cats and children, vaccinated, and yes, spayed.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Vanessa works
Animal Aid for Vermilion Area decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
