From Simply Cats Adoption Center

My Feline-ality™ is "Private Investigator!" I’m working undercover to keep an eye on you and your household. You may not even know you’re under surveillance. I can vanish into thin air if anyone or anything interferes with my investigation. If you need a cat who knows how to stay out of trouble and will always keep your secrets, I just might take your case. All cats adopted from Simply Cats have: had initial vaccinations been microchipped had a veterinary exam been tested for FIV/FeLV been spayed or neutered been dewormed Meet my bonded friend Timmy!

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Tuffy works

Simply Cats Adoption Center decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
