From Stone County Humane Society Inc.
Tom is an unusual lite gray tabby color. He is SUPER affectionate and gentle. He was rescued from an abusive home and fostered by an animal lover who took great care of him until we had room at the shelter. Tom was rude towards the other cats at first and we thought he was not feline friendly, but we were wrong. He does well with other kitties once he knows they won't attack him. Tom is neutered and litter box trained. He is a lap cat for sure and will make a wonderful companion for any kitty lover. If you would like more information, please contact the shelter at 870-269-5200 or go to our website at schspets.org and complete an adoption application and someone will contact you for a meet and greet.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting Tom works
Stone County Humane Society Inc. decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
