From El Dorado County Animal Services - Placerville
Sylvie is a shoulder cat and will demand it. She always wants to see what you are doing and loves attention. Once cooler weather hits, she is a big snuggle bug. She is very sweet and very smart. She does great with other animals and people! Sheâs not big on wet food but she LOVES treats.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
