From The Cat House on the Kings

? Sunflower’s Adoption Story ? Meet Sunflower, a stunning calico kitten whose soft coat glows with warm shades of yellow, orange, and cream—like the petals of a sunflower basking in the morning sun. Her name suits her perfectly—not just for her coloring, but for the gentle warmth she brings into any room. Sunflower is the definition of kitten curiosity and playful energy. She spends her days darting after feather wands, pouncing on toy mice, and leaping with surprising grace onto her favorite sunny spot: a cozy hammock in the window, where she watches the world go by between cat naps. She's a little athlete in the making, but also a professional napper. Though still learning to fully trust humans, Sunflower has a sweet and thoughtful spirit. She's not the type to rush into new situations—she prefers to take her time, watching and learning. A calm, patient hand will be rewarded with slow blinks, soft purrs, and eventually, gentle cuddles. She's blossoming every day and just needs someone who understands that love sometimes grows best with space and quiet care. Sunflower feels most comfortable with other feline companions and thrives in a multi-cat home. She has also been around…
