Meet Stormy. His start in life was not the best. Born in a shed near a busy street, he was rescued and brought to Reach Out Rescue and Resources to become properly socialized and be safe. He is a very friendly once he knows you. He has been fully vetted and tested negative for Feleuk/FIV.
