From A Voice for All Paws, Inc.

Meet Starlight Delight (Star) Starlight Delight is a stunning young tabby, just over a year old, with a heart as beautiful as her emerald-green eyes. Before coming into rescue, she spent the first year of her life surviving outdoors as a feral cat. Despite her rough start, she blossomed into a devoted mama who has lovingly raised four wonderful kittens. Her babies have always been her top priority. Starlight keeps a watchful eye on them, making sure everyone is safe before she lets herself relax. She carries herself with quiet confidence and a serious expression, as if she's always on important business. But every now and then, you'll catch a glimpse of her secret side-chasing toys and wrestling with her kittens like she's one of the babies herself. One of Starlight's favorite pastimes is gazing out the window, watching birds, squirrels, and the world beyond. Perhaps it's a reminder of where she came from, but now she's content to enjoy the view from the comfort and safety of a loving home. While she likes to maintain her dignified appearance, she's truly sweet as pie. Gentle pets are one of her favorite things, and she'll happily soak up affection while pretending she's not…
