I’m a 1½-year-old sassy girl with a little bit of sugar, a little bit of spice, and plenty of personality! I came to the shelter because my previous owner became ill and could no longer care for me. It was a big change, but I’m ready to find a new person who appreciates an independent lady like me. I really do enjoy being around people. I’m perfectly happy hanging out nearby, keeping you company and supervising whatever you’re doing. But there’s one important thing you should know: I am NOT a pick-me-up-and-carry-me-around kind of girl! I prefer all four paws firmly on the ground, thank you very much. I know what I like, and I’m not afraid to let you know—which is where my sassy side comes in! Give me some catnip, a comfy place to lounge, and the freedom to be myself, and I’ll be one happy Sprinkles. Because I like my space and have clear boundaries, I need an adult-only home with no children. I’m looking for someone who understands independent cats and won’t expect me to be a lap cat or enjoy being held.
