From Midwest Pet Refuge

Scrap was found alongside his brother and sister in dangerous spots around the Portland Forge, his eyes crusted shut from dirt and grease. After warmth, cleaning, and consistent care, he’s made a full recovery and is officially old enough to find a forever home. He’s still settling in and showing us new bits of his personality every day, and we’ll keep updating his bio as he decides who he wants to be. (His sister's are Hammer and Forge.)Meet Our Fabulous Foster-to-Adopt Kittens! Our young kittens are ready to go home now through our foster‑to‑adopt program. You take them home today, and the adoption is finalized after their spay/neuter surgery. Our rescue requires kittens to be adopted in pairs or into a home that already has a young, friendly cat. Kittens raised alone often struggle with social and behavioral development, while growing up with another cat helps them learn boundaries, burn energy, and become well‑adjusted adults. The adoption fee is $75 for a single cat/kitten and $125 for a pair.If you’re ready to bring home a pair of playful kittens—or add one to your friendly resident cat—we’d love to help you find the right match.Apply today at www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to…

How adopting Scrap works

Midwest Pet Refuge decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
