From Talbot Humane
Rufus came to the shelter when his owner lost their home. He is a BIG boy with an even bigger attitude. Rufus is fully aware that he runs the show and he has zero concerns with whether or not you are on board.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting RUFUS works
Talbot Humane decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
