From Talbot Humane
Rainbow came to the shelter as a stray. She did have an owner, but they were unable to take care of her at this time. She is a quiet, gentle girl, who does good with other cats. She also has the most adorable bob tail!
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting RAINBOW works
Talbot Humane decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
