Portia is still just a playful kitten, but you can tell she will be a cuddle bug. When she isn't running around doing her kitten things (playing and exploring) she is happy to be stretched out in your lap getting pets and full body rubs. Portia was trapped at a dumpster, where her mom and siblings were trying to survive. She came to us a little bit older, so she first had some "tortitude", going from loving to hissy at the drop of a hat. But now that she's settled in she's become a sweet loving kitten. For any new adopters, they will need to understand that she needs a little time to adjust to the change, but the result will be worth it for this sweetheart. Her sibling Austin is also up for adoption.

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
