From Ventura County Animal Regulation
Hi, my name is Poppy.I was in a foster home with my kittens since they were 2 days old. I am so very affectionate, love to play a very curious and have never met a stranger. After proper introduction I would be okay with other cats. My foster mom hopes Iâll be adopted into a home that will love me as much as she did.

How adopting *POPPY works
Ventura County Animal Regulation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
