From Bella's Promise Pet Rescue, Inc.
Penny is a beautiful tuxedo who was rescued from ACC. She has not come around to enjoying human interactions and is looking for a barn or other working cat home. She gets along well with other cats, but is uneasy about people and prefers to be left alone.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
