From Panhandle Animal Welfare Society
SidekickOzzy has been trained in PR management and has been working on his interior decorating degree. He knows how to ask the right questions to get to know someone and how to make a perfect plan for any situation. If you are looking for a road trip buddy Ozzy will not only plan the full itinerary but also packs all the good snacks.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting OZZY works
Panhandle Animal Welfare Society decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
