Some kind people were feeding her and contacted us for help. She is a shy girl with strangers but loves to be petted and nudges for more if you stop. She enjoys the company of other cats. Noel is spayed, UTD on shots and microchipped. Her estimated DOB is 6/27/18. Her adoption fee is $125.
