Neil is a very curious, bouncing boy who loves to cuddle. Among is litter mates, he was the first to start eating solid food and to use the litter box. He's very intelligent and would like to be friends with other cats. He is all black with a white soul patch on his chest. Neil is neutered, vaccinated, FEV negative and ready to fly into your heart. To adopt me, please put an application in at www.fourthepaws.org.
