Whether it is accepted depends largely on your willingness to provide regular meals, cozy blankets, and quality ear scratches. Mr. Darcy has standards. One of those standards includes acknowledging that 3:00 a.m. is a perfectly reasonable hour to remind you he exists. After all... How else would you know he loves you? Fortunately, he makes up for these occasional midnight meetings by being one of the sweetest companions you could ever hope to meet.
