From Ventura County Animal Regulation
Meet Monroe! Monroe is a playful and affectionate kitten - the biggest in his litter, he is bold and brave, and a natural born leader. Monroe is also a power cuddler, and would love nothing more than to be curled up on the neck of his humans. He is a high energy kitten, and would make an excellent companion to an older kitten or cat in need of a playmate, or possibly even with dogs, although he has not been formally introduced to dogs in his foster home. Please contact Monroe's fostermom at [email protected] to learn more about Monroe!
