From 9 Lives Cat Rescue of Oxford MS

Michelle is a beautiful orange-and-white girl whose sweet personality is worth taking the time to discover. She was found at a local grocery store, unsure of where she belonged, and was brought to safety to begin her search for a real forever home. Michelle can be shy when she first meets someone and may need a little extra time to become comfortable in a new environment. She isn’t the type of cat who will necessarily climb into your lap five minutes after arriving—and that’s okay. Give her patience, kindness, and the freedom to approach when she feels ready, and you’ll begin to see a completely different side of her. Once Michelle knows she can trust you, she becomes incredibly affectionate and enjoys being loved and receiving attention. Because she prefers a calmer environment, Michelle would do best in a quiet home without small children, where life is predictable and she can truly relax. Michelle is looking for someone who understands that some of the most rewarding relationships take a little time. Earn her trust, and you’ll gain a loving and devoted companion.
