Introducing....Miss. Merrykins! (aka "Merry") If you are on the lookout for a high-profile, highly-interactive forever furbaby, then you must consider meeting the ever so marvelous Miss. Merry! This lovely blue mackerel tabby was estimated to be approx. 2yo and weighed in at only 8 lbs when rescued from a city shelter in April, 2024. Since then, Merry has found her voice and added more than 5 pounds to her sturdy frame as she has adjusted to the safety and comfort of her foster human's home. This sweet girl is now a talker who not only responds to her name, she will readily initiate and carry on entire conversations with you! She adores small jingle balls and pom-poms when not assuming the role of official taste-tester for any glass of water that Merry's foster human pours. While not a snuggler, Merry orbits around her foster and settles in within an arm length or two at night. Anytime her foster leaves, Merry provides accompaniment to the door and comes to greet her foster upon her foster's return, with much to say every time! Merry has made tremendous strides since she was rescued, indicating that she has the potential to resolve her remaining quirks with the love of her…
