From Sacramento County Animal Care and Regulation
Joan (Marshmellow- A924600) is the most outgoing of the litter and is oh so sweet. She loves to give kisses/nose boops and to be held like a baby. She gives `puppy dog` cat vibes and is truly an all star of a kitten. She will greet you with chirps and always wants to be where her people are.

How adopting MARSHMELLOW works
Sacramento County Animal Care and Regulation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
