From Panhandle Animal Welfare Society
Private InvestigatorLord Crumb Bandit got his name from his reputation. He hides out looking for the good stuff left around on the floor. He may or may not use this skill to pick-pocket the occasional tourist. He keeps his cards close to his chest but is willing to share his knowledge with those who earn his trust.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting LORD CRUMB BANDIT works
