WATCH MY VIDEO...Lolita is a beautiful 1-year-7-month-old brown tabby who is learning that the world can be a pretty wonderful place. When Lolita first arrived at the shelter, she was very shy and understandably unsure of her surroundings. Since we don’t know much about her past, we can’t say what made her so cautious. What we do know is that she needed time, patience, and a little understanding while she found her way, and slowly but surely, we’ve watched her blossom. Day by day, Lolita has become more comfortable, and we’re beginning to see more and more of the sweet personality hiding behind that initial shyness. She may not be the cat who runs up to greet everyone right away, but give her a little time and let her come to you, and you’ll discover just how special she can be. Lolita’s perfect family will understand that trust doesn’t always happen overnight. They’ll give her the patience and gentle encouragement she needs to feel safe, secure, and loved. In return, they’ll have the wonderful experience of watching a shy little cat come out of her shell and become the happy, confident companion she was always meant to be. Sometimes, the sweetest relationships…

How adopting LOLITA works

Humane Society of Broward County decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
