Meet JIGSAW ! From Humble Beginnings: Jigsaw’s Story . Jigsaw’s story began on the streets of downtown Wilmington, where he was spotted among the homeless and disadvantaged members of the community. A corner shop merchant and local street folks did their best to look out for Jigsaw and his buddy, Panhandy, until help could arrive. Then, Forgotten Cats stepped in. Jigsaw was taken into care, cleaned up, and treated for his infections. And just look at him now! Jigsaw is handsome, sweet, funny, and full of personality. He’s the first to greet the volunteers, ready to tell you all about the day’s events, and he’s always happy to hang out with his favorite people. When he’s ready to relax, Jigsaw loves curling up in a cozy bed. But his absolute favorite activity? Drinking from the faucet! There’s nothing quite like fresh running water when you’re a sophisticated gentleman. ! Jigsaw is grateful to everyone who helped him along the way—the street folks who watched out for him, the corner shop merchant, the trappers who came to his aid, and Forgotten Cats, who gave him the care he needed. But Jigsaw has one more wish: a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and cherished while…
