From SNAP Cats

Jersey is sponsored by Alice Weigel SNAP Cats rescued Jersey from Fresno, CA. Jersey is the sweetest kitty ever! She's the first one to welcome you, and constantly following you around meowing for attention, pets and love. And she's great with kids! Since Jersey is bonded with her brother, Onyx, we’d like to see them adopted together. If you’re interested in Jersey (and Onyx) please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Jersey works

SNAP Cats decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
